2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (beverages and consumable goods), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged

  • The item was defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived expired

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Change of mind

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us at info.energydrinkworld@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement product (if available), or

  • A refund

4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–12 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, all energy drinks and consumable products are non-returnable once opened.
